Happiness and Wellness go hand in hand.
We all Know what happiness is but what is wellness, we all might see this differently.
The dictionary says this: the state or condition of being in good physical and mental health: when you come right down to it, stress affects every aspect of wellness.
Every part of you and all the things you say and do affect who you are. Let me start by talking about the obvious.
1: Your physical activity and how healthy you are.
This includes how active you are. Being active relieves stress and your physical looks are important in how well you take care of yourself. Being Physical has many health benefits which is important in its self.
Centers for Disease Control and Prevention talks about all the benefits of your health.
All this plays into Happiness and Wellness.
2: Your Mental Health
How you feel about yourself and your outlook on life is important to mental health. For me when I am in business situations I am in my mature mode. At other times my wife tell me I act like a child.
I believe the reason for this is that I do not take myself or life that serious. Life is going to happen around you and this should have no affect on how you see life as a whole. For me I know that there is a reason for everything that happens and I choose not to let the negative affect how I see things. This leads into your spiritual health.
People usually consider walking on water or in thin air a miracle. But I think the real miracle is not to walk either on water or in thin air, but to walk on earth.
Every day we are engaged in a miracle which we do not even recognize: a blue sky, white clouds, green leaves, the black, curious eyes of a child. our own two eyes.

3: Your Spiritual Health
How people see you is part of your legacy. How you see yourself is just as important as to how you will ultimately act and grow spiritually. As I teach in these pages what you say and what you think will become your reality.
So you have to decide what you want out of life and how you want to be seen by others. We all have a hard time doing the right thing all the time. What is important is how often you do the right thing.
We do not have to go thru life trying to be a Saint. What is important is we try everyday to do the right thing and be all that we can be. Try doing your best in all that you do. How you do life is what will end up manifesting in all that you do. So what all this means is you are the Author of your life. So meditate and really put forth your best effort.
Today really is the first day of your life.
