Mind Power Techniques are more about learning about your place in the Universe and how to use these natural laws than giving you false hopes and techniques that may not work without proper preparation. What I mean by this is  studying  and learning about yourself will help you create the perfect you. All the Mind Power Techniques in the world will not help if you are not mentally strong and willing to give all to your Spiritual growth.

# 1: We need to learn to think for ourselves. 

With all the input from everyday media we end up getting brainwashed by all the information  coming at us. WE have to learn how to shut down the flow of information, especially negative ones, and not let it influence our decisions. Begin by Meditating daily and  visualizing what you want to accomplish.  Keep a special focus on bringing your mind back into focus when it starts to wander.

Ernest Holmes the founder of Science of Mind wrote: "Visualizing means mentally seeing the things you wish to have or do. When you mentally see the things you desire, and see them very clearly, you are presenting Universal Mind with images of thought ; and, like the creative soil of the ground, It at once tends two project themself into shape. If the thought image is clear IT giver a good mold; if it is imperfect the mold is a poor one. This does not mean att one There is no power in holding thoughts; indeed, the real secret of successful mental work is to loose thought and let Mind operate upon it.

#2: You are what you think

This seems like such an easy concept. My personal belief is that we grow up in a society that has strong beliefs in religion. In most religions it is Gods will and not your fault. If you are going to grasp the ideas of the universe you must understand that everything is God and you are in control of your own life. One of the most important facts that you need to understand is you really are what you think, believe and practice.

You are here to create reality, not to continue status quo. You are here to grow in knowledge, philosophy, and then in truth.  You are here to live, and not be afraid of life. You are here to use your brain to create thoughts and to conquer your ignorance.

What happens when a person becomes enlightened? They conquer their ignorance. What does that mean?

That means they develop their Spirit rather than their altered ego, their personality, their body. And they work everyday in embodiment of that (spirit) energy. They don't ever grow old. They have dynamic energy. 

They can create and their level of acceptance is extraordinary.
