SPIRITUAL HEALING METHODS
What are Spiritual Healing Methods and why is it important. I do not want to complicate things by giving you a lot of spiritual solutions. To list them all would be numerous.
Spiritual Healing Methods are anything that will give you positive direction.
I personally grew up with a lot of hatred and racial tension in my prior life. It was part of the schools I attended and it seemed like it was part of the social media at that time.
I was fortunate to escape this hatred, but those times took it's toll on my spiritually. My lifestyle from a early age was very disturbing and negative that left me vulnerable. It took many years to overcome.
To make positive changes in my life I first had to learn about me. I had to overcome the shame and guilt of my behaviors, and that left me vulnerable.
The process was not an easy one. I always felt like I had a spiritual connection, but did not have any direction. I was too caught up in my own dysfunctional world. The turning point was when I had no good choices left, I had to change or !Who Knows!.
I began meeting people who would help change my life.
Books like How To Change Your Life, By Louise Hay, which lead me to Science of Mind: Ernest Holmes. You get the picture! The more we learn the more we explore and we will always be directed in the right direction to find the answer we seek.

We have within us a power that is greater than anything that we shall ever contact in the outer, a power that can overcome every obstacle in our life and set us safe, satisfied and at peace, healed and prosperous, in a new light, and in a new life. Mind, all mind, is right here. It is God’s Mind, God’s creative Power, God’s creative Life. We have as much of this Power to use in our daily life as we can believe in and embody.

These Spiritual Healing Methods are a part of AA. These steps are a part of their program that I thought would be helpful.
Steps 1-3 get me into a personal, caring relationship with God.
- I admitted I was powerless over my problems-that my life had become unmanageable.
- I came to believe that a Power greater than myself could restore me to sanity.
- I made a decision to turn my life over to the care of God as I understood Him
Steps 4-6 get me cleaned up morally and spiritually.
- I made a searching and fearless moral inventory
- I admitted to God myself and to another person the exact nature of my wrongs.
- Was entirely ready to have God remove all these defects of character.
Steps 7-9 help me change and get healed in my relationships.
- I humbly asked Him to remove my shortcomings.
- Made a list of all persons I had harmed; became willing to make amends to them.
- Made direct amends to such persons whenever possible except when to do so would injure them or others.
Steps 10-12 get me on a continual process of healing, peace and growth.
- Continued to take personal inventory and promptly admitted when I was wrong.
- Sought through prayer and meditation to improve my conscious contact with God, praying only for the knowledge of His will for me and the power to carry it out.
- Having had a spiritual awakening as a result of these steps, I tried to carry this message to others and practice these principles in all my affairs.
Spiritual Healing Methods are numerous, but the above steps will give you a good start. It has helped people who did not have spiritual direction find some. It will help you to look at things differently and will show you there is more to learn.
