What is the Connection?
Why is this important.
Because everything in our body works together, we are nothing without the connections that make us whole.
I am a Science of Mind Minister, I will be using SOM as well as other Metaphysical Teachings to help give you a clear understanding.
Some of the terms I will use may have a different meaning then you are used to. Mind is generally talked about as man's or woman’s intelligence. What is the difference between the Brain and the Mind.
Yes there is an intimate relationship between Mind Body Spirit but they are NOT the same. Here we are going to speak of Mind in Spiritual Terms.
Ernest Holmes, Founder of SOM wrote this about MIND.
MIND: “There is no such thing as your mind, my mind, his mind, her mind and God's Mind; there is just Mind in which we all live, move and have our being.
There is Mind and nothing but Mind. We think of Conscious Mind and Spirit as One and the Same.”
Knowing What Mind Is, We must form our words carefully. So understand that Mind is Absolute. CREATIVE MIND cannot force itself upon us because we have the power of self-choice. It recognizes us when we recognize it.
When we think that we are limited or have not been heard, it must take that thought and bring it into manifestation for us. So you see that Mind Body Spirit is who we are. For a different perspective, See my page on The Power of Positive Thinking this will help clarify how Mind works.

BODY: Physical structure and material substance. The outward form. Here we are going to speak of Body in Spiritual terms also.
BODY: The entire manifestation of Spirit, both visible and invisible, is the Body of God. Within this One Body of God is included all lesser bodies. This One Body, coupled with the Intelligence running through it, is called the Son, or the Second Person of the Trinity.
This, of course, includes man, both visible and invisible. It also includes every gradation of consciousness from the simple to the complex, from a cell to an archangel.
The Body Mind Spirit Connection is not complex it is perfect and efficient.
SPIRIT: The principal of conscious life; animating the body or mediating between body and soul. The Intelligent Power back of and through everything; the First Person of The Trinity. First cause or God.
Spirit is Conscious Mind, and is the Power Which knows Itself; It is conscious of Its own Being. Spirit is the Father-Mother God because It is the principle of Unity back of all things. The masculine and feminine principles both come from the One.
Spirit is all Life, Truth, Love, Being, Cause and Effect; and is the only Power in the Universe that knows Itself.
We should keep in mind that Spirit Makes All Things Out Of Itself.

SOUL: Used in the sense of the World-Soul, or Medium through which Spirit operates. It is the Holy Ghost or Third Person of the Trinity. Mind Body Spirit Soul.
Think of Soul as the worker bee. It is subjective to the Spirit always impersonal and receptive. It is a blind force, not knowing, only doing. It is the servant of the Spirit, that which is the medium power and creative form for the thoughts of Spirit.
What we see in the teachings of the greatest thinkers of all times is that we live in a Threefold Universe of Spirit, Soul and Body of Intelligence, Substance and Form.
I think it is important here to point out that I work hard at delivering a easy to understand teaching style. I do not always include harder to understand terms intensionally.
