Good Morning, Most of us and that includes me, must learn to separate our childhood and our misconceptions about life that have been imposed on us by our peers.

When we do something that our mind says is wrong based on our beliefs, and most of our beliefs were imposed on us by someone else, we feel guilt.

This emotion is hurtful to us because it does not allow us to move forward to something more positive. We stay in this guilt thinking is is right and we are wrong. Read this page on Thought Control it will give you some insight on helping us to change our negative belief system.
