Hello, Living with or knowing someone with an addiction can be a very hard experience. I can not remember ever hearing of a experience where it turned out good.

Also trying to help someone realize that they have a problem is tricky. We all have some kind of issue that needs to be addressed and come to terms with.

"We first see the world through the eyes of a little child, and that "inner child" remains with us throughout our lives, no matter how outwardly “grown-up” and powerful we become. If our vulnerable child was hurt, abandoned, shamed, or neglected, that child’s pain, grief, and anger live on within us." “I believe that this neglected, wounded inner child of the past is the major source of human misery," says John Bradshaw.

Overcoming Addiction Today is a good day to start this process. Addiction can come in all forms not just Drugs and Alcohol.

Your Daily Affirmation:" I forgive everyone in my past for all perceived wrongs. I now release them with Love."
