When we are born we are perfect in every way. A natural expression of God.

As we grow we pick up these habits. The severity of them depends on our environment. I have learned and sometimes the hard way that "Negative people are always picking up negative conditions; they get into trouble easily: Persons who are positive draw positive things; they are always successful."

Which are you? Do you really want it to change? I ask this because there is no magic bullet. It will take work on your part.

Everyone is susceptible to negative thinking, it is what we do about it that counts.

I would not let negative thoughts upset you to much. It can be something we can learn to overcome. I grew up in a negative environment and was filled with negative thinking that got me in emotional trouble as well as physical trouble. There comes a time in our life when we must make a choice to change. Yes, it is a choice. Yes, you can do it. You can start by choosing, overcoming negativity is a start.

What does the word negative mean. Negative refers that which is not actually present. So now we learn how to replace it with something that is for our higher good. The presence of God is a powerful tool.

It takes 21 days to create a new habit. So all you need are going to be some good positive tools to work with.

So we take it one day a a time. One step at a time until we become more comfortable with ourselves.

We must find the time to spend quality moments with ourselves, so that the stress we feel can be alleviated by letting GOD enter our lives.
